Well its not great as it is, but that will depend on the bartering you do - (although I have not checked P1000 prices to be honest, but given that the 2000's are selling close to €300 currently [crazy] if you get him down to 150-180 it should be good).

Regarding Warranty - They are selling as a company within Europe, its called *new*, so you automatically have 1 year warranty.
I am not sure they are aware to be honest, but nothing is keeping you from asking - they speak German if thats an issue.

Whether Fujitsu will honor any warranty - I don't know, have not looked into it
