Selling a custom server I configured as a cold backup to my main server. The motherboard is new (<1 day POH). Has an AMD EPYC 7262 CPU and 16GB DDR4-2400 MHz ECC RDIMM housed in a Rosewill RSV-L4500U chassis (with rails). There is nothing wrong with the system, but there are no drives or PSU.

Overall I really like the IPMI interface and it's a pretty quiet setup, you can take the fan wall out and run with three fans only as well for a little more room and quieter operation.
