How many watt to this unit use @idle and @load?
Load no idea and I can't speak for this exact server but you should be looking at ~30w idle for that config.
The server has never gone past 0.5A at 120V ( ~60w ) when I've used it for production use and for testing purposes. However, everyone's usage varies.

On idle, the data center measured the power which was 0.34A at 120V, which is equivalent to ~40w.
