wow, that is an expensive C621e SAGE, aren't the boards only $650 new?
also, I get that 6258R's are still expensive on eBay, but what lunatic pays $5K+ for a pair when you can get a 7763 for $2K? I get upgrading an existing rig, but at those prices you could throw out the rig, buy a new AMD system, and still have $2000 left over. If you desperately need AVX-512 an 8260 is 85% as fast and 5x cheaper

I have a feeling @ching8888 is trying to recoop cost and it is technically a deal per forum rules as those chips are ridiculously overpriced by intel and all resellers. The 6258R is essentially a 8280-1QPI link the top chip for the platform. If intel and retail are the requirements, it's a good deal. I think the going price for that pair of chips is 7k.
In the future please minimize aggressive wording @bayleyw
@ching8888 you are going to need to be a better salesman if you want to move overpriced goods even if the price is not entirely your fault.
