Hm.. this switch is great , the power consumption in very low around 70W so in summary I can lower to 3000 EUR.
Please remember that it is New Open Box only.

I do not have so much devices as you but probably 32 ports occupied will be over 100, this also depends on software installed on device.

thats idle - dont run any active ports yet due to a variety of reasons; even my S6100 with a single plug in module uses >100 idle.

The Sn2700 is probably still better, but 70 idle is quite nice

Hm... what software you use? I measured it while test Cisco IOS on it, now I'm using SONIC. I will check with SONIC installed.

In terms of noise is much better than Mellanox SN2700 , so it is much lower noise than SN2700. Switches 100GB is not fan less so fan noise slightly audible.

Really?
This one surprises me more and more
Yes SN2700 is a little noisy, but what I learn that it is strictly depends on software IOS is very quiet fans I don't remember SONIC on Egde. For example SN2700 on SONIC is very very loud. What is great with Edge is that you can find a lot of quiet fans versus SN2700 small fans.
Small very high speed fans are very loud.

True, 1U vs 2U fans...
Too bad its way to expensive for me (not to mention tripple-overkill)

Good luck with selling it :)

Thanks Rand, yes I also have my own battle in my head to leave it to myself, but it is too much ports for my home lab. It was bought to new project and we decide to go with 200GB and EPYC instead 100GB so someone will win lottery ticket with this price.
We bought this for 8000 USD.
