HP Procurve 3400CL
$70 24 port layer 3 gb switch
Does static and dynamic layer 3 routing and is a wirespeed switch.

AMD AM2 processors
$10 Athlon 64 LE-1600 /w Heatsink
$15 Athlon 64 x2 4400+ /w Heatsink
$30 Opteron 1354 (might have a compatible heatsink laying around)
