ES / Spicy / Sample CPU - Are noted as such. (Updated wording too.)

All ES (engineering samples) CPU sales are final. Since DOA could mean your motherboard does not support it, and the fact that I've used them all and have 0 problems and if you've ever gotten a package from me you know it wasn't shipping related
