Yeah, a bit on the expensive side :) try 500 EUR then you might have more luck.
500 EUR? The CPU is already 300 Euros, the Memory is 400 EUR, the MB is 350 EUR and the chassis is 300 EUR. I have already dropped the price. But 500 is way too less. The components are brand new.

People do not care if stuff are new. You cannot expect to get a prices as if its new. New RAM is actually probably worse than used RAM - since it has not been burned in and can fail still.

New is nice if you get warranty or an invoice with VAT.

Else new skews the price since sellers usually expect to get 80+% of the price they paid, while the buyer usually does not mind a little use (especially here/ on enterprise hw) and prefers cheaper over new. Also when buying new you normally can pick what you need opposed to whatever is in the box when buying like-new builds.
O/c an oversimplification, many aspects apply, but i doubt you will get anything close to what you want here.
But still worth a shot o/c :)
