Tyan S7012GM4NR EATX motherboard, 2 x5650 Xeon CPUs, 2 tower coolers, 18 x 4GB MT36JSZF51272PZ-1G1F1BA 4GB 2Rx4 DDR3 1066 registered ECC memory for 72GB total memory. I needed to add a 2nd fan (can include, a 120mm) pointed at the chipset heatsink as it would overheat and lock up since this is currently in a tower case, not a 1U/2U case with the cooling that implies.
Just upgrading my NAS, don't need this anymore.
$300 shipped CONUS whatever method is cheapest for me
