Any 8-16GB DDR4 ECC UDIMM still available? (Specifically looking for compatibility in an ASRock E3C236D2I board.)

Will any of your 16GB RAM compatible with these specs:

  • Supports up to 128GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM
  • Supports up to 64GB DDR4 ECC/non-ECC UDIMM

Anyone have any experience with these HMA42GR7MFR4N-TFTD -AB dimms, especially in a Supermicro X10DRH-ILN4 motherboard? I am especially concerned as these look very tall and in the SM 836 case there is not a huge amount of room above the DIMM sockets and the rear fans. OP could you post the actual height of the DIMM?

Thanks

@Churchill the HMA42GR7MFR4N-TF definitely will work in many scenarios to get to 128GB. The question is kind of weird to ask of the RAM as it's going to be a lot more dependent on your motherboard and CPU. What board are you looking to run it in?

You should be good to go then with HMA42GR7MFR4N-TF as it's on the supported memory list for that board.
