All, this is almost exact language for a scammer thats been hitting /r/homelabsales and some other places on reddit. If anyone buys, watch the paypal invoice and make sure it matches.
Read the title, I want to do local transactions only. If someone really wants me to ship, those are my requirements. It’s an easy deterrent for people who want it shipped.

I’d be crazy to do PayPal and they do a charge back.
If anyone is serious, they can come to my home and run whichever tests they want.
Why wouldn't you sell them on eBay if that's the case? It's safer for you and the buyer if you sell them 4 or 8 at a time. At $6000 for a set of 4, I can't imagine any day job that pays high enough to make it not worth the 20 minutes to drop 4 of them in the mail.

Its amazing how the price of ram has left this world. Buying Micron stock would be a wise move.

Evading taxes. eBay and PayPal will send tax forms (1099-K) to the IRS.

Once someone files a charge back or tries to scam you online, you will try a lot harder to not do deals online and stick to in person.
Seeing as you're flipping all this stuff anyway, maybe figure out how to better navigate B2B deals? Not really buying that given you had no issues with PayPal in previous posts and indicated that you're a business, which is against the rules anyway.
