UPDATE! I just found another one of these, but a used one without the box and cables like the previous one. Also, looks like the blue plastic latch on one of the trays broke off; the tray slides in and out fine and the "lever" still works so it's not like it will just "fall out" on it's own. Photo attached of used one. Asking $5 + shipping. It's solid aluminum, so not light weight, but we can probably figure something out with a flat rate box. Please PM me if anyone wants this.
