Samsung drives are Dell/hpe/Lenovo ? Bit high but may be interested to make a nice numbered set, having said that I have not looked for any to make up my set yet.

Just an FYI- I've purchased a number of Samsung drives that do not have any indication of OEM labeling on them, but are in fact OEM.
TIL. Thanks AJXCR. I assume there's no way to tell through SMART or any CLI tools either?

At least on the Samsung NVMe drives I've spent an embarrassing number of hours playing with, not that I've found. NVMe CLI is capable of bringing up a vendor identifier (which is in hex), but in my case, the code pointed back to Samsung..

Might be a silly question, but the Kingston and Crucial 32GB Kit specs show it is designed to work in Dell servers. Is it safe to assume it'd work most other systems requiring the same specs? Asus, Supermicro, et al.?

Yes they should work in any server that supports PC4-2400T registered memory.
