For trade a single retail Xeon E5-2695 V2 for a couple of lower end E5- V3 or V4's ES cpu's

Looking to trade for for a couple of medium core count, ~ 12-14 cores, low speed V3 or V4 ES cpu's.

Not needing speed demons so those V3 or V4 ES 12 or 14 cores with a under 2.0 ghz or less base clock would be perfect.
