Flex ATX won't fit 2U server case

I picked up a Arndt 2U server case (D-216-WM-SAM01) from jameco.com and a Apevia ITX-AP300W flex ATX power supply to go with it. The problem is the power supply appears to fit/be the correct size, but the mounting holes don't line up (see attached photo). I'm not sure if this is a defect of the case or if the case doesn't take a flex ATX PSU. There isn't any info on the case, so I guessed it takes a flex ATX PSU based on pictures. Any one have this case or know which type of power supply it really supports? Or even a custom way to make the flex ATX PSU mount?

The one picture I could find online shows that the cutout on yours is too small, not high enough. It is supposed to be in line with the top of the mesh on the right hand side, in which case I do believe it would fit.
Some weird early revision?
