Flashing Dell ConnectX-4 Lx 406-BBLC with Mellanox MCX4121A-ACAT firmware?

Hi all

I was looking at purchasing 2-3 Dell 406-BBLF for using some servers running esxi 7.0 and a windows 10 system.
They are an OEM rebrand of the Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx Dual Port 25Gbe MCX4121A-ACAT
My question, has anyone successfully flashed one of the Dell OEM cards with the firmware from the Mellanox MCX4121A-ACAT?

I just am concerned about committing to purchasing a few of these cards without knowing if they'll get as good firmware support (and therefore driver support from the nmlx5_core Esxi 7.0 driver in the future.

Probably a bit of a hard question to answer, also looking for opinions if i should just spend the extra ~$50-60 or so per card to get the mellanox version.

I just flashed some 4121C to 4121A firmware and they seem to work but one of the LEDs stays on now. maybe I chose the wrong 4121A firmware?
