Flashing 530-8i with latest firmware

I have ThinkSystem RAID 530-8i in my not Lenovo server.
Current it have next firmware.

Firmware Version = 5.001.01-0888
SBR Version = 5.0202.05-286
Boot Block Version = 7.02.00.00-0015
Bios Version = 7.00.09.0_4.17.08.00_0x07001600
NVDATA Version = 4.1610.00-0100
Driver Name = megasas35.sys
Driver Version = 7.704.09.00


I tried to flash it with latest firmware from Lenovo website. Downloads Detail ds501349

But I had error - "image corrupted"
I tried: Windows>storcli /c0 download file=******.rom nosigchk noverchk force
But result is the same "image corrupted"
Need help to flash ThinkSystem RAID 530-8i in not Lenovo server with latest firmware LSI or Lenovo.

I just update my lenovo 430-8i to LSI P14 fw, use my asus z370-e desktop MB. I suggest your make a uefi boot usb disk, and use storcli efi version
you could run fs1:
storcli /c0 down file=9400xxxxxxx.bin

also suggest your run backup bios , fw and flash before your flash it to LSI fw or upgrade.
