It's really strange: the motherboard starts with Epyc 7502 but does not with Epyc 7742 ES with costom BIOS from the archive (on the 1st page).
I have flashed with SPI flasher.
Maybe the problem is here:

Firmware Revision: 01.52.21
Redfish Version: 1.8.0
CPLD Version: 02.B4.02

I found winbond 25q80dvsig chip, but don't think it used for BMC
And also two MXIC 25L512E. Which one is for BMC?

Rome_H11DSI_Rev1 (16mb chip)
or
Rome_H11DSI_Rev2 (32mb chip)
???
So, I think, now I need to find BMC chip to downgade.
after SPI flash you need to (localy) boot IPMICFG.efi(or other tool) to set correct BMC MAC to get LAN access.

MXIC MX25L25635FMI-10G
So, I need 16-pin SOP clip for SPI programmer
