Failed to format from 4k to 512 sector in SAS HGST HUC101812CS4201

Dear,

I have 10 disk sas HGST HUC101812CS4201 1,2tb . i format complete 9 disk from 4k to 512. but 1 disk can't format .
I used sg_format , i have error sense key : data protect
i have attach picture.
any idea for it .

Use Niagara to clear all bands on that drive (TCG function in Niagara) then fast-format it to whatever sector size from there too.
