This was new cards from evga official ebay account, not used from miners. Great price, shame I missed this one, would buy like 50 cards.

there's excess inventory in the channels. Nvidia was hoping to sell more GPUs to miners earlier this year and it didn't turn out the way they hoped. they've been working with their partners to flush that inventory out with various promotions and sales. we should continue to see prices go down, even on brand new cards and deals like this.

Agreed, many reports round inventory glut esp. for Nvidia for the 10XX generation currently and with Turning cards being announced by end of August. My stance is by Oct/Nov (holiday) we'll see some amazing deals to make up for the miner crap we had to deal with for the past 1-2 years. I'm banking on Black Friday :D

I keep telling myself, it's 1080 TI or nothing (at a reasonable price)... and that's kept me away from spending on GPUs during the crypto craze. I don't know if that's going to help me when 1080 TI prices start coming down... unless they release the 2080 or 1180 or whatever is next... some times I set an unrealistic goal just to prevent myself from spending...

I agree, especially when 11GB 1080TI's are down in the $520 range! Nice to see prices finally falling.

I'm waiting for the next round of revisions to pickup the 1080 for under 400. Getting close.

350 cards just like that
yeah, if you look at the "sold" history, there were several buyers that picked up 10 at a time. doesn't make sense to me though.. .considering that prices will continue to drop ... are there still cryptominers still investing into GPU mining?

Well if you live in EU and build or sell these you make a decent profit.
