Hi,

I have a few systems which had been upgraded to 3xIBM M1215 (Flashed to LSI 9300-8i P14 in IT mode) each. There is this error logging every 5 minutes every other day for 20-60 minutes. All systems running Windows 2016.

What is strange is, it is not a constant error which logs non stop. I read such event could mean there is a failing drive. I do not think there is a failing drive because every 5 minute interval when this error comes up, it happen with numerous of the same error. Quite often it is the same number as the number of drives of that system.

So I do not believe that all systems are failing and I can't find the reason why this error happens. Maybe somebody can also shed some light?

Thanks.
