Thing is: If it is the NIC he is quoting "Intel Pro LAN Card D33682" then it is not a 10GBe NIC, but 1GBe
But the picture is not a D33682...

Well seeing as I won the last auction we will find out in a couple of days. But if it actually is the nic in the description cant you just claim a refund seeing as the picture and title says something else?

Of course you can do that! And if this is the case you even should do that!
Happened to me some weeks ago with a commercial seller.
Sold a Intel x520 but delivered some kinf of crappy 1GBe card...
refund took a week...

Fingers crossed you have won a Intel 10GBe card
