Hallo,
is there any possible workaround to get 'nested virtualization (VHV)' and 'PCI-Passthrough' running in a VM on an ESXi7-Host?

What I tested so far, too.
If I add the following parameters to my .vmx-file

vhv.enable = "TRUE"
vhv.allowPassthru = "TRUE"

Passthrough and VHV seems to work, but for using some Windows Features like the "Defender Application Guard" it seems, that also VBS is required.
If I add the parameter

windows.vbs.enabled = "TRUE"

to the .vmx-file the VM stopps booting correctly an shows a blue screen(inassailable boot device).

Is there maybe a possible workaround?
