This is a hardware issue, typically a failing RPM sensor on one specific fan. The system pulses power because it can't read that fan's speed correctly and is constantly trying to spin it up to a safe level.... and the fans are pulsing in every five seconds. I tried adjusting the fan curve using BMC, but I couldn't resolve the issue. The fan sound is distracting. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Can anyone share your fan settings?

I had the exact same issue, and the pulsing only stopped after I identified and replaced the problematic fan. It's likely a hardware fault, not something a fan curve can fix.

Thanks for sharing. My current fans have a 900 RPM floor, so they don't pulse. I experienced the pulsing when I used a fan with a 500 RPM minimum. cpuid a06d0 stepping = A0/A2 (not issues just low turbo clocks)but I was told the stepping is B0. Can anyone explain the stepping rule of Granite Rapids? I heard A stepping has problems related to frequency. B2 seems to be QS steppings and H0 seems to be stepping of the retail version? So I guess B0 is just fine?
