I am not able to uses IPMIUtil to ultimately control and set the fan speed on the HSF to stop the ramping Up/Down using this link from traderjay

Right now I have just the Fan on the HSF Connected no other fans connected ATM. that's the one ramping up and down.
When I try IPMIUtil I get ipmilan error resolving hostname
However, I can connect via IPMIView using that IP Address. I can also ping the IPMI IP address too. Any thoughts?
