Yeah, I think using a no-ILM design like what LGA3647 did should make the installation much less troublesome. ILM, when used on big CPUs, may produce uneven pressures.Oh this going to be fun.
SP3 already had massive issues with losing memory channels due to insufficient pressure on the socket.
But SP5 is even larger. Oh boy...
