EPYC 3251 vs Xeon D 2141 for NAS: Any advantages either one?

Title says it all. According to a review by ServeTheHome the EYPC 3251 has a leg up in both performance as well as power consumption but I was curious to know if the Xeon D 2414 would have some architecture advantages if I'm going to use it as a NAS that might not have been covered by the benchmarks in the article.

Both were long in the tooth time ago (release date circa 2018).
There are more efficient platforms for a NAS only build.
