To be fair it's not really clear what the Conditions are for those Writes & Reads though. Is it sustained I/O with Throughput at > 3000 MB/s for several Seconds ?
I'd expect my use case to be mostly Idle on a Desktop or so.

So it's actually 2 SSDs in 1.
Would that mean that there is no need for further RAID (ZFS Mirror) since it's already 2 Drives in it (and we can assume that most Paths are independent, EXCEPT is the PCIe Switch fails) ?
Apparently it should be possible to set the Power Governor Mode to 35W or 25W instead of the default 40W:

The Intel P4608 SSD has a power consumption of 43W (write) and 24W (read) during sequential operations. When idle, it consumes less than 5W.
