Enabling (free) LSI/Avago/Broadcomm Fastpath as of v5.7+

Hi there

I have 3 servers with a LSI/Avago/Broadcom 9266-8i controller.
Neither storcli nor MSM show Fastpath as enabled.
According to Broadcom (Link) Fastpath is now a standard feature and sould be running without a hardware key (to my understanding).
I tried downgrading to v5.5 and then subsequent upgrading to 5.7 - 5.8 - 5.9 - current without any effect.

Is this normal?
Do I need to do anything else?

As I remember, it's only free for 927x series adapters and newer. The 926x's still require either the free software trial key, or a hardware key.
