Is it worth creating a list of bad/questionable vendors? Or, would that open the door to possible libel litigation?

The monster Brocade thread has a vendor that seemed to ship a lot of poorly packaged and switches with dead POE boards.

Prism Electronics. I had a fairly large transaction go south with them and eventually just had to get my money back via dispute escalation with eBay/PayPal/CC. On top of that, i have suspicions the products they sent me were not genuine, but that's just speculation because the entire batch of 100+ did not work at all; wasted so much time testing to find out all were bad.
