Ebay Problem

Hi there, never had problems buying from ebay but there is always a start, please be careful when buying from user "kevin920406b"

Bought 5 cables SFF-8087 from here and they are not new or even new other, they are old mixed cables as you can see in my picture bellow.

At least you got items that were near what you ordered. I ordered a I350-T4 V2 from "thinkpan".
I got what you can see in the photo. Weird thing is, I can't even properly see it in my purchase history, nor the feedback area.

I filed for a refund. I wonder when I will hear from the seller. Ebay mentiones (in the site) that if the seller hasn't responded after 2 November, I should contact them.
The bubble envelope even has description field static that the contents should be the NIC. That NIC would not fit in properly, I believe.
And apparently the value is 15 USD, even though I spend over 50 USD on it.

I spend 20 USD on shipping, but I doubt the seller spend that on it by far.

Got a new package in early last week. Seems to be working OK for now.
Still doesn't feel right, and probably shouldn't have bought it.
Will see how long it lasts.
