Anyone have suggestions on an 8 port + L2 10Gbit switch with a cisco style CLI? I'd like something not too hard to get used to after using 3750/3850/4948/6509 all day. I know about LB6M but from what I"ve read here there are less loud/better options, no?

I'd prefer ones with SFP+ ports that aren't picky on transceivers.. Would also consider 48 port 1G with at least 4 SFP+ ports and they can be stacked.

Price under $300 before discount would be nice.

Was really close to buying a HP V1810-24G last week and passed.

Now maybe I will get one. But all the good ebay deals are gone on that switch.
Any alternatives for a low noise low power (consumption) rack mount managed switch with 18-48 ports?

I am having a hard time finding comparisons of a 1810, v1810, v1910, 2410, etc as far as age, and stats.
I like cisco, and would love ubiquiti but ubiquiti is kind of expensive and cisco atleast the stuff we have at work is loud and uses a lot of power.

Ended up overspending a bit and got a ubiquiti us-24 since I have other gear from them and they never go on sale. More than a used procurve but worth it probably in the long run. Would love the 48 as it has 10gb but just can't justify the need yet.
