It would appear that eBay.de has extended their PREISKNALLER 10% off special from December.
You can use the coupon code PREISKNALLER for items in your cart to take up to 10% off the item price (up to a total discount of 50€, according to the AGB). The code is limited to 10 uses and apparently only applies to select items, but looking closely seems to apply to everything on my watch list (which is only tech stuff).
It's a bit confusing to me, since the AGB says the promotion is only until 31.12.2017, but I'm clearly able to apply it to an item in my cart:
Reviewing the PayPal transaction shows that I paid only 65,70€ not 73,00€.
So despite what the AGB claims, it seems they've extended the promotion until 31.01.2018:
