It seems to only work for sellers that don't accept PayPal from what I have seen. Annoying that you there is no way to search for that.

I read the eligibility requirements before trying the code multiple times on multiple different items. Usually they tell you what the exclusions are, they dont just say that it works on qualifying items without giving you some idea of what those items are.

ok, saw this on another forum, if you use this link, it will show you all listings that offer "managed payments", which seem to qualify for the coupon code:

From there, you can narrow your search by category or add keywords. might get you to something you actually want where this coupon can work. i tested a few items (motherboards, cpu lot) and it seems to work.
