I need an UPS for my PC and for the home server, and settled down with 5P line, but can't find fan info anywhere.
Does anyone know if the fans ever stop in these units when they're not running on batteries?

Does anyone know the answer to the same question, only related to APC and their rackmount SMT and SMX models? I've been looking at SMT1000RMI2U and SMX750I, and again, I can't find this mentioned on the APC's chaotic website.
