Hello, i have some Dual Port Intel 82599 10GbE I/O Module (AXX10GBNIAIOM), i need to connnect to a gigabit switch, somebody know which transreciever is compatible ?

You can try the good old standby of the GLC-T transceivers...they're cheap and will give you a RJ-45 connection. I can't confirm if they work on this card, but I can't see why they wouldn't.

I wonder if the GLT-TE (replacement of now eol GLC-T is just as universal) ?
Anyway I don't have one of these cards so can't really help.

For a 1G fiber solution try the SFP-SX-MMD maybe if you have some sitting around.

My unit arrived today! However my SAS3 cable is incorrect for the 3008 module :( going to have to wait another week or two until I can find it, and it ships. (90* on motherboard need straight for module connection)

I am also looking at this NIC. Have you found a comparable cable? In my case I want to direct connect 2 servers, which will each have the same card.

Also, Has the card performed well?
