Hello,
I already have one XEON E5-2683 V3 and I am wondering if should I buy another one and OC them to 3GHz on all cores (Dual XEON E5-2683 v3 : overclocking) or should I sell this one and buy a pair of other xeons?
My main goal is CPU performance as long as the price doesn't reach a cost of TR2 setup Workload for this machine will be exclusively poker solver calculations and nothing else (no gaming at all).
Parts list I already own: System Builder - Xeon E5-2683 V3 2GHz 14-Core, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GAMING X 4G, Define XL R2 (Titanium Grey) ATX Full Tower - PCPartPicker
For now I am considering two options:

For now I am considering two options:
- Buy another 2683 v3 and try to OC both CPUs to 3GHz
- Buy set of two E5-2699 v4 ES (22 cores, all cores boost @2.4GHz) - 25%-30% higher performance
