Does xeon 4110 come with heatsink?

@Patrick. What do you recommend for a 2U active heatsink? I am currently using a Dynatron with the fan replaced with a Noctua 60mm running at full speed on a 4110. Absolutely quiet. Idles around 38deg. Is this an acceptable temp?

I actually like the Dynatron B5. @William and I both have them. This generation I like them (noise wise) better than the Supermicro 2U.

With the ebay 15 off coupon yesterday I ordered two Dynatron B11's. 3U active heatsinks.

The one area Dynatron did a poor job is allowing large enough sizing around the Torx screws to get a decent sized screwdriver on #3 and #4. The Supermicro allows the driver to be a larger width.
