Does SN850X M.2 NVME SSD have a DRAM cache ?

Hi,

I wanted to know if the SN850X M.2 NVME SSD have a DRAM cache ?

Its not specified if there is or isn’t in the datasheet, I have seen the review WD Black SN850X 1TB PCIe Gen4 M.2 NVMe SSD Review but whether there is a DRAM cache is not shown anywhere on the product page, could it be a new iteration since the review is from 2022..

I think SN850X has DRAM (i have one of them) and I know the step down to SN770 does not (I have two of them). Could be wrong.

Thank, I think so too as both Copilot and Gemini says so but seems its not documented anywhere, I even asked Sandisk they neither confirmed it nor denied it, and only said this information is not published..

When did you buy your SN850X..

Newegg specs page says 2GB DRAM on this model. It says 1GB DRAM on the 1TB model.
