Does Huananzhi H12D-8D work with 7D13?

I saw some store Huananzhi H12D-8D is sold with 7D13 CPU, however i have not seen anyone using this duo, has anyone tested with them?

a friend bought the pair H12D-8D / 7D13 (ebay)
but he never got any PCIe slot working. he opened a case: "seller mentioned the 7D13 has less PCIe lanes..."
so my friend returned the pair, unfortunaly the parcel vanished somewher in china, but ebay refunded for goodwill reasons,
btw. the sellers shop was deleted.

H12d-8d will light with 7D12 all version.
With 7D13, have 3 version (1005, 322, 578), only work 1005 + 322, ethernet on motherboard not work (i bought new pcie ethernet and it ok)

With 7D13, do you know if the BMC / video output works on the H12D-8D? Also which PCI slots work? Thanks!
