Does anybody know if the Dell DCS CS24-TY supports VT-D passthrough?

Yes! I previously passed through an M1015 (flashed to LSI 9211), and currently have passed through the proprietary Dell LSI 2008 mezzanine card (also flashed to LSI 9211). I'm on the latest ESXi 6.0U2 with the last BIOS they have (B23 I think)

How did you flash the LSI 2008 card? Did it work using the normal tools?

Which firmware did you use?

Very interested in this!

Here's my post about it: Flash a Dell H310 with Dell HBA or LSI firmware? I did use the normal tools.

I realize now that it may not be clear which directions I'm referring to, those are here: SAS HBA crossflashing or flashing to IT mode, Dell Perc H200 and H310

I replaced step d2
Code:
megarec -cleanflash 0
with
Code:
sas2flsh -o -e 6
and then flashed directly to the 2118it.bin firmware (skipping the 6GBPSAS.fw).

I used the LSI 9211-8i P19 firmware from the LSI/Avago/Broadcom website, but P20 would probably work too. I didn't have to flash it to an old Dell firmware/6GBPSAS.fw first or anything, but YMMV. When I got it, it had P5 or something ancient, so that may be why
