Do any AsRockRack motherboard support v1.35 DDR4 voltages?

DDR4 spec is 1.2V, so I wouldn't count on it. Higher voltages are generally only found on DIMMs aimed at overclocking and gaming motherboard.

That's unfortunate, the AsrockRack IPMI is solid and I need that kind of remote management.

I'm thinking of using a gaming motherboard with the newer chipsets (non-X570) that have PCIe 4.0 support. I figure with the savings on the motherboard I put it towards paying for the PiKVM and use that for remote management.

Just to state the obvious: as long as you don't load XMP profiles, any DDR4 modules should be happy with 1.2V operating voltage. No matter what voltage they advertise for running at their fastest XMP profile.
