DKS5C-K300SS is beeping!

Hi guys,

I have 10 disk drives of SEAGATE ST9300653SS - DKS5C-K300SS Hitachi model,

when I use HP DL380 G9 with HBA mode Enabled, I can NOT even see these drives directly,
I have already tried by PC-3000, only PCB works, Mechanical parts are not working and platters not spinning, and there is a very low Beeping sound from drive!

other users from above topic have 600GB model too, but they are able to see drives inside their servers,

how is this possible?

is there anyway to solve this problem?

Mechanical parts are not working and platters not spinning, and there is a very low Beeping sound from drive!

This drive is most likely dead - heads are stuck to the surface of platters and the motor is unable to overcome such a force.
