Just wanted to check if anybody else is getting this issue or if it's just me.

When browsing the main site everything is fine, however, once I get to browsing the forums the menu bar detaches and floats in a single area on top of anything else I scroll past.

Excuse the bad circling, I have never used GIMP before in my life (stuck on a work mac) and couldn't find the tool to draw a nice box.

Interesting. Tried a bunch of Chrome versions, Windows and android. Are you using any apps or plug in?

I disabled ad block pro and cleared the cache, it's still detached.

Oh and it's chrome v31.0.1650.63 on windows 8.1

If it's just me, I'll live with it as it's probably one of the other 30 or so addons I use.

This website has done this to me as well. I think its a side effect of folks doing super aggressive caching.

Fixed it!

It was this hilarious little script I had running which changes every reference of "the cloud" to "butt".

It's always amusing to read through a tech article and read about interesting API's which search the butt for information, or how some company has created a new way to help you store all of your data in their new butt service.
