It all runs EOS, so the firmware will be the same regardless, although not all models will share the same capabilities. That said, if you don't need PoE, the 7010T might be of interest. If you're looking for more of a campus switch and need PoE, you'll need to look for a PoE-capable model in the 720XP line.

I just purchased a DCS-7060SX2-48YC6-R from eBay that came with 4.26.8M. This switch hasn't hit EOL yet and should support the current EOS version. Does anyone have a newer version EOS?
