Not sure which section i should post.
I have Dell Poweredge T630. After installing any windows (10, server 2016, server 2019), it will not get past by “wait a moment” stage. I tried several drive types. The drives are connected to LSI 9361-8i.
But if I boot Unraid through usb, it booted successfully. anyone has any idea?

Your BIOS is not set correctly. Reset it, only change the boot order if required and let it boot.
You are right.
Or recreate a new Windows bootable disk for Dell laptop, this is all you need to do:
And Rufus is a tool that can be used to make a bootable disk for Windows pc,the work it does is a profressional.
