Dell R520 Mysteriously stopped turning on

My Dell R520 mysteriously stopped turning on. I’ve tried reseating all of the cables/ram/cpu/risers and it hasn’t fixed anything, reset cmos and put a new battery. Please see the attached pictures for more information.

can you give some details, like idrac state... what about psu's. Any lights on motherboard? Have you tried shorting power button pins? Anything happens when you try to turn on from idrac?

I don’t have an idrac(or one from what i can tell) . I have tried shorting the power button pins but i don’t know if i did it right. there is, as you can see in the picture, a green light on both the psu and motherboard.

I’m thinking it might be a problem with the front panel, if you need any more info i’m happy to clarify

i'm quite sure there is idrac on r520 as its part of mobo, connect to it; and see whats up from there. default user pass is root/calvin
you might not have enterprise lic - but that doesn't stop you from checking on things from idrac, it mainly stops you from 'remote video access'
