Can get loud, especially the dell cpu heatsinks.
All fans can be replaced(including ones on heatsinks),
but you can just as well replace heatsink with noctua 3u, but will need a washer 'mod' to have it correctly tighten.
(here's mine)
for the fans you will need adapters
(and best to use some kind of fan controller on them/with them as mobo doesn't spin them as fast as one would have hoped.)
