Ending soon but no bids. Great price if it goes for that.

Might as well look at the Cisco n5k switches for the same price or lower, they have double the ports for the same price.

For a few hundred more you can pick up the n3k with advanced layer 3 license and 4 x 40 GB qsfp ports that work with forward breakout cables. That or if you just "need" to have 40gb routing for your home internet (boy would that be nice!!!). Truth is I just picked this one up, and it was a hard pill to swallow but having 40gb Ethernet ports is really nice especially for the price. These are sometime cheaper than the dell force 10 switches with the same layout.

The n5k is a beefy switch but IIRC uses a lot of power. I would love to hear your experiences with it.

N3k is what I ended up with. It is a fantastic switch and already had the updated license for layer 3 routing. I prefer it to the n5k due to size 1u v 2u, power consumption is lower, it is quoted, and the additional 8 10gb ports and 4x 40gb ports. I didn't need the fiber channel converged network stuff since my San is all SAS shared over 40gb infiniband and now 10gb Ethernet rdma with server 2012r2.

Still working on setting up clustered storage spaces, tricky setting up the correct number of disks, pools, subnet, etc so that each storage server can mount and right at the same time without having to redirect routes. That and trying to figure out the infinband stuff with multiple subnets is tricky as well. Doing all with Ethernet is a bit easier.
