Hey everyone--curious about getting a box for work. Looking at this:

(P1MHG) - Business Desktop PC, Intel Core i5 9500, Intel UHD Graphics 630, 8GB DDR4, 256GB SSD, Intel Q370 - $749.99 NEWEGG

I have a couple used options for much cheaper. Mainly just want a solid PC with ssd/upgradable RAM etc. that can run 4 monitors. Or, point me in the direction of two great 28" or so that can be split to act like 4. Thanks!

Any thoughts?

I have become a fan of the mini Dell versions. The engineering is great on those but I have not tried the larger ones.

On the monitor, just get a 42-47" and run one monitor. I know it sounds crazy, but running without bezels is great. At 4K, there is enough resolution to have multiple windows open in different parts of the screen with sufficient detail. That also saves you from having to run multiple monitors (fewer cables, power outlets, video outputs, and such)

Computer is here.

Patrick - I debated 2x 28" and have them each act as 2x2 monitors for "4" I've heard good things.
Rand - I might go snag that. That works on this?

both of you -I already have 3 monitors, so was just going to keep going that route. I'll see what I can do.

Ah you got that box - well it does not look like there are any pcie slots - so no. The 600/620 are low profile though, so if there is a x16 slot after all (physical with x8 electrical is probably sufficient).

Else you could try going MST on those two DP's or the USB-C port to add more monitors...

You sure you can do 3 monitors?
The USB-C port is at the front ... should work but a bit weird maybe;)
I hope the Intel CPU feeds it, never tried.
